# Ingestion Analytics

> Monitor Data Engine content ingestion and processing metrics.

## Overview

The **Ingestion Analytics** dashboard helps you monitor your Data Engine content ingestion and processing.

## Accessing Ingestion Analytics

1. Log in to [Gloo AI Studio](https://studio.ai.gloo.com)
2. Select your organization from the organization switcher
3. Click **Ingestion Analytics** in the ANALYZE section of the main navigation

## Available Metrics

The Ingestion Analytics dashboard tracks:

**Content Totals:**

* **Total Files:** Number of files uploaded to the Data Engine
* **Total Chunks:** Number of content chunks processed

**Content by Type:**

* Total Articles
* Total Books
* Total Podcasts
* Total Videos
* Total Audio files
* Total Webpages
* Total RSS Events

**Trends Over Time:**

* Historical charts showing files and chunks processed over time
* Filter by publisher to track individual content sources
* View ingestion patterns and identify peak processing periods

## Filtering

Use the **Filter by Publishers** dropdown to view ingestion metrics for specific publishers, and select date ranges using the **All Time** selector to analyze historical trends.

## Frequently Asked Questions

**How often are ingestion metrics updated?**

Ingestion Analytics metrics update as content is processed, typically within a few minutes of ingestion completing.

**How far back can I view historical data?**

Enterprise accounts have access to extended historical data for the duration of your account.
