For Developers

While Studio provides a powerful UI, it also serves as the gateway to the underlying developer platform.
  • Integrate and Customize: Leverage Studio to access robust APIs and SDKs that allow you to build custom interfaces and integrations.
  • Monitor Usage: Use detailed analytics and feedback loops to track performance and user engagement for your applications.
  • Configure Security: Implement fine-grained access controls and audit trails for compliant and secure application development.

For Admins

Organization admins are responsible for setting up and maintaining the Gloo AI environment for their team.
  • Set Up Your Organization: Configure your organization’s name, settings, and access controls from the Studio dashboard.
  • Create Publishers: Add the Publisher entities that your content will be associated with before ingestion can begin.
  • Invite and Manage Users: Invite team members and assign them roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) to control what they can access.
  • Monitor Activity: Use the Organization Data dashboard to track publisher activity and platform engagement.

For Publishers & Editors

Publishers and editors are responsible for getting content into the platform and keeping it up to date.
  • Upload Content: Ingest content from files, websites, YouTube channels, or RSS/ONIX feeds through the Data Engine.
  • Manage Your Library: View, search, and edit content metadata in the Content Library to make your data discoverable and AI-ready.
  • Upload via API: If you prefer a programmatic approach, the Content APIs support all the same ingestion operations.
