You can invite team members to join your organization and grant them permissions to perform specific tasks — uploading content, analyzing ingestion data, creating API credentials, and more. To get started, click on your user account in the bottom-left of the screen and select Manage Organizations from the menu. Find your organization and click Manage Users.

User Roles

When inviting a user, you assign them one of three roles:
RolePermissions
AdminCan invite users, create and manage publishers, upload content in Data Engine, and view all analytics.
EditorCan upload content in Data Engine.
ViewerCan view ingestion analytics and use components.

Inviting a New User

  1. From the Manage Users screen, click Invite User.
  2. Enter the user’s email address.
  3. Select the appropriate role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
  4. Click Send Invitation.

The Invitation Process

  1. The invited user receives an email from no-reply@gloo.ai.
  2. Clicking the link in the email takes them to the Sign In page.
  3. After signing in, they’ll see a prompt to accept the invitation. Once accepted, they’ll have access to Studio based on the role you assigned.
