Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up for a Gloo AI account at Gloo AI Studio. If you already have an account, sign in.Step 2: Accept Your Invitation
After signing in, you’ll see a notification for any pending organization invites. Click the button to accept the invitation. If you don’t see a notification, contact the organization admin who sent the invite.Step 3: What to do next — based on your role
Your organization admin assigned you one of three roles when they invited you. Here’s what each role can do:Editor — upload and manage content

As an Editor, you can upload content for data ingestion.
- Click Data Engine in the Studio sidebar, then click Ingestion.
- Choose an ingestion method:
- Web Scraping — Ingest content from websites or sitemaps
- Files — Upload documents directly (various formats, up to 1GB)
- YouTube — Connect a YouTube channel
- Feeds — Follow RSS/Atom feeds or ONIX catalogs
- Choose Files and upload a PDF to test the flow. Your content will be processed and appear in the Content Library.
- Click Data Engine, then Content Library
- Find your uploaded file and click the edit icon in the Actions column
- Update fields like Title, Subtitle, Summary, Tags, and Source URL
- Click Save Changes

As a Viewer, you can view ingestion analytics and use components, but cannot upload or edit content.
- Click Data Engine in the Studio sidebar, then click Ingestion Analytics to monitor content processing activity.
- Use the Tools section to interact with any components your organization has set up.
