Overview

The Organization Data dashboard provides high-level analytics about organizations and publishers in the Gloo AI platform.

Accessing Organization Data

  1. Log in to Gloo AI Studio
  2. Select your organization from the organization switcher
  3. Click Organization Data in the ANALYZE section of the main navigation

Available Metrics

The Organization Data dashboard tracks: Organization Metrics:
  • Total Organizations: Total number of organizations
  • Active Organizations: Organizations with recent activity (processed at least one chunk within the activity threshold)
  • Inactive Organizations: Organizations with no recent activity
Publisher Metrics:
  • Total Publishers: Total number of publishers across all organizations
  • Active Publishers: Publishers with recent content processing activity
  • Inactive Publishers: Publishers with no recent activity
Activity Trends:
  • Charts showing active organizations and publishers over time
  • Historical data to identify growth and engagement patterns
  • Filter by date range to analyze specific time periods

Understanding Activity

An organization or publisher is considered “active” if they have processed at least one chunk within the specified activity threshold period. This helps you track engagement patterns and identify trends in platform usage.

How often is organization data updated? Organization Data metrics update as content is processed, typically within a few minutes. How far back can I view historical data? Enterprise accounts have access to extended historical data for the duration of your account.
